Tap to Talk $free – Tap a picture and TapToTalk speaks. Each picture can lead to another screen of pictures. It comes with one functional album. If you want to create albums that are individualized to meet the specific needs there is an online subscription service that you use to create your own albums called TapToTalk Designer that includes a library of over 2,000 pictures.

Picture Communication Systems

My Choice Board $9.99 – Images are selected based on preference of the user and displayed on the choice board (Example: Free time activity choices). The individual touches the preferred choice to show their preference (use the computer). The preferred selection is then displayed in the “I want” strip at the top of the application screen. Touch the image again and the image is enlarged and shown on the entire screen. If you have selected to record voice to the choices, with each selection the prerecorded message is produced.

Expressive $34.99 – Allows users to select from a pool of images with audio files, create their own folders and arrange the images as they please. video demo

iConverse $9.99 – Displays 6 different icons that represent a person’s most basic needs. When activated by touch, the icons give both an auditory and visual representation of the specific need or want. video demo
